Toronto FC used two second half goals today to beat the New England Revolution 3-1 before another sell-out crowd at BMO Field.

Dwayne De Rosario and Amado Guevara scored three minutes apart as TFC picked up its first-ever win against New England in six tries.

It was the first time all season Toronto, 4-3-4, has scored more than one goal at home.

With the win, Toronto vaults back to the top of the Eastern Conference standings of Major League Soccer. It’s likely a short stay, however, with a host of games tonight.
